We’re not here to
fill a gap—but
raise the standard.
One of the greatest expenses for a
business is its workforce; not only in their
recruitment and salary, but also in their
training, development and the assurance
that talent is the right fit.
We go beyond conventional recruitment; delving into understanding a business’s unique needs and focusing on outcomes rather than simply filling roles. Our exclusive talent cohorts are not recruited, instead meticulously curated with only the best problem solvers and innovators ready to join the global workforce – all at an affordable cost. We measure our success by the sustained employment and success of each individual.
Our Vision
Bridging critical skill gaps in business efficiency with innovative talent that make an impact.
Our Mission
Through our Africa program we aspire to make a real difference in the lives of talented professionals with less opportunity. We’re breaking down walls and opening new doors; equipping, connecting and supporting eager African graduates through long-lasting careers.

Gerard Holland
Co-Founder & Global Executive Officer
Gerard Holland is an accomplished tech entrepreneur that is fanatical about life. He believes in equal rights, equal opportunity and, more importantly, equal outcomes. That is why he founded InternMatch to create employment opportunities for those that don’t have direct access.
Gerard has a passion for making the unscalable scalable and built InternMatch International as a global technology platform to place students and graduates from around the world into internships with companies around the world.
From there, he co-authored the Global Employment Challenge to facilitate the placement of one million unemployed tertiary graduates into internships (as a precursor to employment). Just launched, the ‘Challenge’ is already running in Australia, South Africa, Kenya, the United Kingdom, and India and is rapidly being adopted in other parts of the world.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Gerard has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Adelaide.
